In the journey of spiritual enlightenment, the first and most crucial step is to transmute the lower self. This process involves balancing and transforming the lower aspects of our consciousness to create a stable foundation for higher awareness. By addressing and releasing limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and outdated patterns, we align our lower self with our higher self, setting the stage for deeper spiritual practices and experiences.
Understanding the Lower Self
The lower self represents our desires, instincts, and unresolved emotional baggage. It includes fears, anger, jealousy, and other negative patterns that weigh down our consciousness. These aspects of ourselves are often deeply ingrained, unconscious patterns and emotions that influence our behaviors and perceptions.
The Human Information Field (HIF)
The Human Information Field (HIF) is an energetic structure that encompasses all levels of our being, from the physical to the spiritual. The lower levels of the HIF contain denser energies and unresolved issues that need transformation. These levels include:
Ethereal Body and Lifeforce: Associated with the unconscious will, the ethereal body represents the vital energy that sustains physical life. This level deals with the primal and instinctual aspects of our being.
Emotional Body and Desire Body: Associated with desire, the emotional body encompasses our feelings and emotional responses. The desire body is linked to our wants and cravings, driving much of our emotional experience.
Cognitive Body and Intentional Body: Associated with intention, the cognitive body involves our thoughts and mental processes. The intentional body represents our purpose and directed mental energy.
Regulating and Refining Energy
By regulating our energy through these lower levels of the HIF, we aim to balance and transform the denser aspects of our being. This involves becoming aware of and addressing the negative patterns and emotions that reside within us. The goal is to shift these dense energies into a more refined state, thereby raising the overall vibration of our being.
The Purification Process
Transmuting the lower self involves identifying and working through the negative patterns and emotions that hold us back. It requires honest self-examination and a willingness to face and release these aspects. As we work through these dense parts of ourselves, we release stored emotions and clear the energetic blockages they create. This purification process is essential for moving forward on our spiritual journey.
Creating a Stable Foundation
By purifying and balancing the lower self, we create a stable foundation that supports higher states of awareness. This refined state allows us to access and integrate higher levels of consciousness more effectively. The transformation of the lower self is a preparatory stage that sets the stage for deeper spiritual practices and experiences.
